Measuring Up The Hewlett Packard Color LaserJet CP6015x Printer
The fine performance of the HP Color LaserJet CP6015x printer is one of this printer's definite strong suits, especially when it comes to performance among printers aimed at large network usage. It's also one of the faster printers offered by Hewlett-Packard, though it's not an inexpensive network printer (it'll cost around $5,000 dollars before reseller discounts are applied). Still, it offers extreme durability and versatility and exceptional professionalism on each printed page offered by the LaserJet CP6015x replacement toners.
When it comes to durability, this printer offers impressive levels of it, starting with a monthly duty cycle that exceeds 175,000 pages per month of printing capability. For sure, this is an impressive number for a machine costing less than five grand and it'll be a while before any maintenance person is needed for a service call. It also prints out quickly too, with an average 11.5 second task-to-print time.
The printer's speediness is part of why HP considers this machine to be one of its quicker printer devices. Printed pages emerge at around 40 or so sheets every minute, which makes this fairly fast for a laser jet-type machine, which is impressive precisely because it IS a laser print that makes use of HP Color LaserJet replacement toner rather than toner cartridges.
Print resolution is also excellent, at 1,200 x 600 dots per inch (dpi) of print product quality. In terms of what this means for crispness and sharpness, it means that most anything emerging from the printer will be very nice looking. Again, this is probably because the printing device makes use of color and black-and-white laser jet technology to ensure the quality of the product that emerges from the printer.
Memory supplied with the printer is also at the top of end of the HP range, with 512 MB of RAM standard (and maximum). It has more than enough RAM, it must be said, to pretty much cover just about any number of print tasking coming to it from the large network it will probably be hooked up to. Everything is handled smoothly by an 835 MHz processor, which offers nearly double the processing speed of many of the other network printers HP offers.
The CP6015x can store a great deal of paper within its belly, too. And it features several different paper trays that can be configured to hold as much paper as a printer of this sort is made to handle. There's a 100-sheet multi-purpose tray to go along with the 500-sheet paper trays that come as standard equipment. Pretty much no network user wants to run out of paper in the middle of a print job, to be honest.
The printer also features automatic duplex (two-sided) printing capability and can print out on many different sizes of paper and other media such as envelopes, labels and transparencies. Standard connectivity to a network is accomplished via means of a high-speed USB 2.0 port or a very high capacity gigabit Ethernet print server capability. There are also two enhanced input/output slots (EIO).
The fine performance of the HP Color LaserJet CP6015x printer evidences itself with even a casual use of the machine. It's fairly speedy and among the most durable in the HP lineup of high-end network printers, as well. Most similar competitor printers would be pressed to their limits to perform that which the HP does seemingly without effort.
There’s also nothing to dislike about the quality exhibited by the LaserJet CP6015x toners. Nothing seems to meet the standards set by HP Color LaserJet toners in terms of excellence. You’ll find exceptional cost savings when purchasing printer toner online.
What is the best USB Mixer that has Audio input & output compatibility?
I'm looking to buy a USB mixer on a budget around the £200 mark. Most decent ones i've seen don't have audio input or output, just the USB or power connectors =(
For DJ'ing, i've noticed that a lot of USB mixers only have basic leads such as the USB and power outlet. Im looking for one with Audio 5.1 output sockets also input ones.
well the output is from the computer.. what you on about? a CONTROL surface? e.g. bcf 2000.. or something for DJ'ing?
have a look at

HomePlug Alliance AV2 specification promises gigabit class networking over electrical wires (Engadget)
It's been a long time coming, but the Homeplug Powerline Alliance is
introducing a new class of home networking technology known as AV2, which is
meant to better facilitate HD content transmission over electrical wiring.
With MIMO functionality (multiple-input and multiple-output) at its core, the
new specification features gigabit class speeds and comes from a decade of
field tests. What's more, the new standard promises to bring greater in-home
coverage beyond WiFi capabilities while maintaining compatibility with
existing HomePlug AV / IEEE 1901 products. Whether consumers are willing to
embrace yet another new specification from the HomePlug group remains to be
seen, although we can imagine a few Netflix junkies will be downright giddy.
For the complete deets, the PR follows the break.
