Hifi Headphone Amplifier

a Headphone amplifier question!?
i m building a circuit of a headphone amplifier, on breadboard first,
here's the link for that -
http://electroschematics.com/2882/hifi-headphone-amplifier/
i want u to have a look at the circuit on the link, and explain me what to do with the output part, how to attach the headphones to it?? solder it? coil wires around the other wire? what to do? i m very much confused,
and how to use an audio input socket? it's got a hole in the middle, but as fas as my thinking is concerned, it should be a pin, to insert in a mp3 player or any music producing device, m i right? but how to make a hole insert into another hole?? u gotta help me out here,
i just need to borrow us valuable time, for my interest, if u please!
This is a typical low power (1 watt) amp. It is NOT a stereo amp. If you want to use this circuit to listen to an mp3 player in stereo (2 channels, Left and Right) you will need two of these circuits. It is generally not a good idea to connect (short) two outputs directly together to feed the one input of this amp. It will be hard on your player and may cause it to burn out.
Good Luck
